How It Works: This four-week bundle includes three x3 per week, allowing you to progress gradually in strength, flexibility, and movement awareness. Each class integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and targeted Pilates-based exercises to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body. Move at your own pace and modify as needed.
