Back to Body is a 4-week online, Pilates-based movement program for anyone ready to gently reconnect with their body after a period of change, challenge, or pause. Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery or simply craving a gentle return to yourself, this series offers 8 progressive classes (30 minutes each) designed to support your physical wellbeing while honouring your energy and time. Each session focuses on a key area of the body, building from the ground up: Feet & Ankles – Reawaken your foundation Knees – Support your steps forward Hips – Release, realign, and rebuild Spine – Find your length and strength Shoulders – Open and stabilize Neck – Gently unwind tension Full Body Mobilise – Connect and move as one Full Body Stretch – Restore, release, and breathe This is your space to move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Please note: At this time, I do not have professional camera and sound equipment. These classes are recorded via Zoom, using a Mac camera and microphone. While the video and sound quality is not what I'd prefer, the class content and facilitation is of a high standard.
