This Bundle brings together two complementary 4-class series, compiled to help you feel stronger, lighter, and more at home in your body. With 8 Pilates-based 45-minute classes, you’ll move through energising full-body sessions alongside slower, stretch-based sessions that release deep tension and unlock mobility. Expect a balance of strength, breath-led movement, joint mobility, and full-body feel-good work. Ideal for anyone wanting to move with more ease and presence.
