Back to Basics is a 4-week online, Pilates-based movement series designed to help you reconnect with your foundation, refine your technique, and rebuild strength with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re returning to movement after time away, easing back postpartum, or simply wanting to move with more awareness, these 8 progressive 30-minute classes focus on quality over intensity, supporting your body while respecting your energy, schedule, and capacity. Across the series, you’ll explore fundamental movement patterns including: Core Fundamentals - Activate & Align Lower Body Basics - The Bodyweight Squat Upper Body Basics - Push-Up Progressions Core Stability - Brace & Breathe Lower Body Strength - Lunges & Hips Upper Body Strength - Pull & Hold Core Integration - Move & Stabilize Full Body Flow - Putting It All Together This is your space to slow down, learn, and move with purpose. No pressure, no rushing, just steady progress. Build from the basics. Move with intention. Feel stronger from the inside out. Please note: These classes are recorded via Zoom using a Mac camera and microphone. While the video and sound quality isn’t studio-level, the instruction and class design are of a high professional standard.
